If you are not satisfied with
the merchandise for any reason, simply return it for a full refund. We want you to be happy!
We make every effort to offer
you only the highest quality products that are one of a kind.
Since we are the only company in the US offering these products,
you can be sure they are very unique. We inspect every product
before it's shipped to ensure its quality. However, if you are
not satisfied with the merchandise for any reason, we will
refund you 100% of your purchase price and sales tax if you paid
one. Shipping is not refundable and the following conditions
apply:
- returns and exchanges
will not be accepted for items that had tags removed, were
worn, washed, damaged in any way or send to us later
than within 5 days of us sending you Return or Exchange Authorization
Number (REAN).
- if you received free
shipping on your purchase and the item you wish to return
will reduce your total purchase price below the required
minimum that qualifies for a free shipping then we will
reduce your refund amount by the cost of priority shipping.

- we don't charge shipping
for exchanges but we reserve the right to do so if you
exchange an item for a different one.
- if you wish to exchange
an item for a different size or color that is currently out
of stock, we will do our best to ship you the product as
soon as possible. We will email you once we know when you
can expect to receive the ordered product.
- All exchanges are shipped
using our priority shipping. You can upgrade if you want to,
simply tell us about it on the
Return/Exchange Form.
Return & Exchange
Instructions
- Obtain a return or
exchange authorization by completing our
Return/Exchange Form
within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Once we email you the REAN simply mail your merchandise together with your REAN within 5 business days of us emailing you the REAN to: Brazilian Secret, LLC 1805 Crystal Dr, Suite 216, Arlington VA 22202.
- Please remember to put the product in original packaging and ship it inside another box to protect the product packaging. Any damage to the product packaging may resolve in a 50% restocking fee. We suggest using free shipping supplies provided by the major shipping companies to ensure safety of your order.
- We do not accept any returns/exchanges of products not mailed within 5 business days of us emailing you REAN. If you mail your return/exchange after 5 business days we will not return the product nor process a refund.
